Three luxurious bedrooms, two double and one twin, have been specifically designed to match comfort with space. The bedrooms have top quality beds, and all have flat screen TV’s installed. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the duvets and pillows are sumptuous goose-down. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with cast iron roll top baths and separate shower cabinets, fitted with quality power showers.

Beautifully decorated, and fully equipped, we guarantee that you will be delighted with the facilities on offer. Central heating is supplemented by the warmth of a real fire in the lounge, with the fireplace constructed of stone from the Nicolson's original ancestral home dating back to the nineteenth century on the nearby island of Rona.

The house also boasts a range of unexpected modern day luxuries. A Panasonic forty four inch television screen with satellite connection, DVD player and play station 2 are provided in the spacious lounge. Computer facilities with internet connection are provided in the open plan study, allowing you to keep in touch with the outside world, while tucked away in your island retreat.

Cook in a top quality fitted kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A separate utility room provides washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, with ample space for drying wet clothes.
